John is a comedy writer. He works on a new story. Suddenly his phone rings.
John: Hello.
Michael: Is this the comedy writer who goes by the nickname N.E.R.D?
John: What?How did you get this number?
Michael: That doesn't matter. Are you the one who posts stories on comedy web sites?
John: Yes, yes I am the Nerd and those are my stories. Who are you?
Michael: Hello sir. My name is Michael and I've got something to say. I did something very bad.
John: What?
Michael: I took one of your stories and made it into a short movie. I sold the movie and made some money out of it, but I never gave you credit for it.
John: How much did you make?
Michael: About 20000 dollars.
John: Well, tell you what, send me half of that money and we're good. I'm glad you called. Better late than never.
Michael: No,no you have to let me finish. I'm a passionate gambler. I gambled it all away and also got myself in debt with some bad people. I now owe 20000 dollars.
John: So, why are you calling me?
Michael: I was wondering if you would pay half of my debt. I'm desperate.
John: Of course not.
Michael: Why not? It's your story after all.
John: Hm. Where do you live?
Michael: Oh, I'm on the corner of... Wait, why do you need to know that?
John: I have a perfect plan. I'll come to your place and take your life, so you won't have to worry about that debt anymore. Case closed, everybody's happy.
Michael: Wait who was that again. I think you might have the wrong number. Nohabla english here. Arivederci.
Michael hangs up.
