Robert: I just want to quit this job!
Steve: Why is that so? We have a boss working from remote and how much better do you expect the things to be?
Robert: But every single day our manager assigns me the same stuff.
Steve: So?
Robert: I am bored.
Steve: Can you afford to be bored?
Robert: Yes I have savings!
Steve: OK. Then you can crib about the job. Anyways what do you plan to do? Join some other firm.
Robert: No, Actually I am planning to start a business.
Steve: What business?
Robert: I don't know; I just want to do some business. I want to be my own boss.
Steve: Then do meditation and control your mind. You don't have to risk your savings and your marriage for that.
Robert: So you are assuming I will fail!
Steve: I know since we your childhood and on that basis I want to ask you, “Tell me one thing that you were successful in till today?”
Robert: Stop teasing me. I am already feeling like a loser and you are urging me to speak the truth.
Steve: Just do the work that has been assigned to you. Look I do the same work and I am not complaining.
Robert: You have no reason to complain, you find your work challenging due to your limited mental faculties and lack of ambition. Plus you like that girl who sits near the coffee machine.
Steve: Corporate World offers unlimited growth to people with limited abilities and higher ups promote people who lack ambition. So assuming what is said is true I have a bright future! But I find sales calls are challenging because no one lifts the phone to answer my call. Dude why does no one answer when I call them?
Robert: Perhaps they intuitively know who is calling them. You know it is best to avoid you. You voice can even depress a person who has just won a million dollar lottery.
Steve: If that is true then why do you hang around with me? Oh!! Let me guess, no one wants to talk to the cribber.
Robert: Yes, you are a depressing man and I am a depressed man and we are together than nothing worst can happen.
Steve: Yes, so just stay in this job. Pay check will come tomorrow and that will justify everything.
